Booking - A non-refundable desposit of £30.00 and Credit Card details will be required at time of booking to secure your reservation

Guests are asked to vacate their room by 11am & check-in is from 3pm onwards (earlier check-in by prior arrangement only)

Cancellations - Latest Cancellation is 48 hours prior to 3pm check-in time on the day of arrival. If cancellation is made within 48 hours of check-in time, the full room rate will be taken from the card number given, without prior notice

All our bedrooms and Hot Tub Facilities are non-smoking & an extra nights room rate will be charged where this company policy is disregarded

Breakages Policy - When damage to an item in your room or to the room itself occurs, the cost of an extra nights stay will be charged to the Credit Card used at time of booking without prior notice

No Stag, Hen or Coach Parties allowed

No Pets allowed (except Guide Dogs with prior notice)
